| One of the most vulnerable areas during a storm is the garage door. On attached garages, the standard garage door WILL NOT withstand the effects of hurricane force winds. Once the garage area is breached the windows, doors and roof will be damaged due to the vacuum effect and upward pressure created within the garage. Our retractable garage door braces are manufactured from aircraft quality aluminum and attach to the floor of the garage as well as the garage door panels. They are easily installed and removed with the turn of a few screws. |
